SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all art print & product orders via USPS Priority Mail for orders within the United States. Original art pieces ship via UPS Ground. We do our best to ship all orders within a timely manner and average processing times are 3-5 business days (with the exception of commissions).
If you need your order by a specific date please email pippa@paintedbypippa.com and we'll do our best to accomodate!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your purchase isn't quite what you're hoping for, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To begin a return please email Pippa@paintedbypippa.com with your
order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for costs associated with return shipping - please provide your return shipping information once available. All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. We do not accept exchanges at this time.
We DO NOT accept returns on custom projects or commissions.
